Visit your local Rewards outlet

James Wellbeloved Rewards cards can be obtained via selected stores participating in our Rewards Scheme.

On receipt of your card you will be asked to enter your mobile number and will receive a text message containing a link to sign up on this website. We ask for a mobile number so that we have some way of linking your card to you when you register your account.

Earn & Redeem Points

Simply present your card whenever you purchase James Wellbeloved at any of the Rewards outlets, your card will be scanned and your account will be credited instantly with points!

Rewards Programme points are cumulative and can be redeemed online via this Rewards website against vouchers or gifts for both you and your pets!

We aim to offer a variety of James Wellbeloved dog and cat accessories as well as vouchers. Depending on the item chosen, vouchers are emailed to you and gift items are mailed to your home address via our distribution warehouse (please allow a few days for delivery).


MyWellbeloved Profile

What is a MyWellbeloved Profile?

MyWellbeloved gives you instant access to your contact and pet details, communication preferences, Rewards points balance, and access to the James Wellbeloved Rewards online store to redeem your points!

To register your James Wellbeloved Rewards card you will need to create a 'MyWellbeloved' Profile. Once your account is created you can register your Rewards card by entering the number in the "Rewards Card" segment.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • How many points do I need to make a purchase in the Loyalty shop?

    There are items in the shop from as little as 100 points.

  • Why haven’t I received my 400 bonus points for registering my account?

    There can sometimes be a short delay from the time of registering to the points being added. If they have not been added after 24 hours please then contact us.

  • Can I have more than one card?

    Yes if you wish! Just remember to register each card by logging in and adding it to your account.

  • What happens if I move to a new address?

    Just look for a new nearest Rewards store using our Rewards stockist finder. Once you have had a transaction with this shop you will be associated with them.

  • How do I spend my Rewards points in the shop?

    In order to redeem your rewards points you need to please log in to your account using your email address and password. Once you are logged in, from your dashboard area, you will see a green button underneath your points balance that says Visit the Rewards shop, please click this to be taken directly to the rewards shop.

    To order a Voucher

    1. Click on the  Vouchers tab from the menu at the top, and select the voucher you require by clicking on the green text that says ‘Buy Voucher’
    2. Next choose your Rewards shop from the list (this should automatically highlight your associated store)
    3. Click ‘Get Voucher’
    4. That’s it! You will receive a confirmation message and your voucher will be emailed to you so check your inbox (dont forget to check your junk mail as well).

    Non-Voucher Orders

    1. From the shop home page, choose the item or items that you wish to use your points against and select ‘Add to cart’.
    2. A box will appear, please then click on the red highlighted text ‘Click here to checkout’.
    3. Please then click the red  Checkout  link in the shopping cart followed by the red ‘continue’ button (twice)
    4. Step 4: Delivery Details – The address field will be highlighted, you do not need to do anything here (Unless you have no postal address stored on your account profile then you would need to add one). You only need to do this once and it is purely to allow the process to complete – the vouchers ARE NOT posted to you but any gift items are).  You can add a new address if you wish to here as well.   Once you have done this part, then click the red continue button
    5. Once you are happy, click the red Confirm Order to finalise your order.

    You will know if your order has been successful because you will receive a confirmation email and you can check to see if your points balance has changed.  Your order will be processed and posted to you within a few days.

  • How do I sign up?

    James Wellbeloved Rewards cards can be obtained by signing up in your local Rewards store only. You will be asked for your mobile number in order to activate your card. You will then receive a text message with a link to the James Wellbeloved Rewards website. Upon receipt of your card, go the website and create your account! Add your Rewards card number to your account and you are away.

    You will automatically receive 400 FREE points on successful registration of your card.

    Please use the Stockist Finder to see which stockists are available in your local area. We are continually working to roll out our Rewards programme to more and more stockists around the UK, so if there isn’t a participating outlet near you then please be patient and check back later.

  • I already have a My Wellbeloved account, how do I register my card?

    If you already have a James Wellbeloved account simply log in and enter your card number in the “Card number” box on the “Rewards Card” tab, then click “Add card”.

  • I can’t see my points, is there a problem with my card?

    First please check that the card number shown on your Rewards tab is present and correct. Please also check that the mobile number listed on the “My Profile” tab is the same as the one you entered in-store when you recevied your card. If both of these are correct and you still can’t view your points please contact support.

  • The message says my card already exists? Why cant I add it to my account?

    This means that that card has already been registered at some point in the past. Often we find that a person in this scenario has registered using another email address or perhaps a spouse or partner has registered the card using their email address.

  • What are my Rewards points worth?

    You will earn 4 points to every £1 you spend.

  • What should I do if i have lost my Rewards card?

    You can collect a new Rewards card from your local Rewards retailer which you can then add to your account and delete the old one. Your points will not be affected as they remain against your account and not the card.

  • Why can’t I use my card at Pets at Home or in online shops?

    Not all stockists are participating Reward stores. The Pets at Home chain are not a part of our Reward scheme because they do have their own that they promote. They do however accept vouchers for the national activities that we run. You can check the status of your nearest Reward shops using our stockist finder. We are always adding to these as the scheme is growing.

  • Can I get Rewards points from any James Wellbeloved stockist?

    Currently you are not able to accrue points from purchases from stockists without the loyalty terminal or from purchases made online. You can only accrue points from your purchases of James Wellbeloved made in your local Rewards stockist. To find your nearest Rewards stockist please visit the Stockist Finder.

  • I have forgotten my password, what do I do?

    You can re-set your password by and clicking the “Forgotten your password” link under the Log In button above. Alternatively, if you are not able to do this we can re-set it for you.

  • How do I change my password?

    When you are logged into your account, from the menu at the top, go to My Profile > Change Password.

  • How can I change my email address?

    Please log into your account and edit your profile. You will be able to update your email address here. If you are notified that your email address already exists in the system, or if you are having issues changing it, please contact our support team.

  • How do I add a picture of my pet to my profile?

    To add a pet to your profile (you will more than likely need to do this from a computer not a phone), you just need to log into your account. Go to the ‘My Pets’ Section and select the pet you wish to edit by clicking ‘Edit Pet’. In the edit pet page, select choose file. The dialogue box will then appear for you to browse your files and select the image you wish to use

  • I forgot to show my card in store, can I still claim my points if I have my receipt?

    Yes of course, if you take your card into the Rewards store along with the receipt they should be able to add these points for you when you next visit.

  • Is my Rewards voucher emailed or posted to me?

    Rewards vouchers are sent by email.  If you have not received your voucher, please check your spam or junk mail folders in case it went there and mark us as a safe sender.

  • Why can’t I see the barcode on my voucher?

    Sometimes computer settings do not always display images and as the barcode is an image it may not be displayed properly.  If you right click over the red cross area and select display images then they should appear and you can then print your voucher.

  • My card has expired, do I need to get a new one?

    Rewards cards with an expiry date on them are simply an older version. They will still work perfectly fine so if you are happy to continue using your card then please ignore the expiry date on it.  If you would prefer a new card, your retailer should be able to provide you with one.

  • I haven’t received my Rewards voucher but the points have been deducted from my account.

    You should receive your voucher straight away by email as the process is automated. Please check your junk mail. If you have still not received it, please contact support.

  • Why were all of my points deducted from my account?

    The terms and conditions of the Rewards scheme used to state that any accounts that were inactive for a period of 12 months or more, the points would be removed and reset to zero. You would have received a couple of emails prior to the points being removed to remind you to visit your local Rewards store or to redeem your points in the Rewards shop to avoid this from happening.  These emails that go out are automated based on activity. This term is no longer in place, and therefore we are happy to reinstate any points that were deducted. Please contact support.

  • What stores can I use my Rewards card in?

    To find your local Rewards stockist, please visit: the stockist finder and look for the Rewards shop icon.

  • I buy Royal Canin/James Wellbeloved online. Can I gain Loyalty/Rewards points from these purchases?

    Internet shops do not currently form part of our Rewards scheme. It is purely for high street retailers. We cannot credit points for you from an internet retailer or a retailer who is not part of the Rewards scheme. You can check the status of your nearest Rewards shops using our stockist finder.

  • I can’t access my account because my email address has changed. How do I update my email address?

    If you no longer have access to your account because it has an old email address registered to it which you also do not have access to, please contact support we will update this for you.

  • I don’t have a printer to print my Rewards voucher.

    It is part of the terms and conditions of our Rewards scheme that you do need to have access to the internet, a valid email address and use of a printer (for printing the vouchers).  However, if you do not have a printer of your own, may we suggest a few possible options for you as listed below.

    1. Do you have a friend or family member who can print the vouchers on your behalf?
    2. If you do have a smart phone that you can receive emails on, perhaps you can show this to the retailer (you would need to check this with them as only retailers with a scanner / loyalty terminal can potentially do this).
    3. Local library’s usually have access to internet and printers that you can use.
    4. Some retailers are now able to redeem your points at the till but we advise that you call ahead to check this as not every Rewards retailer has the facility.
  • I don’t have a mobile number. Can I still have a Rewards card?

    Unfortunately not. We need a mobile number in order to activate your card and create the association between your profile online. Mobile numbers are unique and therefore this defines you on our system. We accept that this is not the case for everyone, and we are working towards using an email address as an alternative, but for now you will need a mobile phone number to use our Rewards scheme.

  • How do I register my card?

    Click “Register” (above) to create a James Wellbeloved account, and enter your details including the mobile number you entered in-store when you received your card. You can then log in using your email address and chosen password. Once logged in you can add your card number to the “Rewards Card” tab by entering the number and clicking “Add card”. Until your card is registered, you will not be able to view your points balance, recent transactions or redeem points. You wil also receive 400 introductory points as a thank you for registering!
