Just look for a new nearest Rewards store using our Rewards stockist finder. Once you have had a transaction with this shop you will be associated with them.
You can re-set your password by clicking the ‘Forgotten your password’ link under the Login button. Alternatively, if you are not able to do this we can re-set it for you.
When you are logged into your account, in the ‘My Profile’ section click the ‘Change Password’ button.
Please log into your account and edit your profile. You will be able to update your email address here. If you are notified that your email address already exists in the system, or if you are having issues changing it, please contact us.
To add a pet to your profile you just need to log into your account. Go to the ‘My Pets’ Section and select the pet you wish to edit by clicking ‘Update’. Under photo, select browse. The dialogue box will then appear for you to browse your files and select the image you wish to use.
To change your email address please log into your account and edit your profile. You will be able to update your email address here.
If you no longer have access to your account because it has an old email address registered to it which you also do not have access to, please contact us and we will update this for you.
