I can’t see my points, is there a problem with my card?

First please check that the card number shown on your Rewards tab is present and correct. Please also check that the mobile number listed on the ‘My Profile’ tab is the same as the one you entered in-store when you received your card. If both of these are correct and you still can’t view your points please contact us.
